Golden Hour, the magical time just before sunset, is known as the most ideal time to take pictures. To help launch our ‘It’s got to be gold’ campaign on social for The Coca-Cola Company’s Gold Peak Tea, we created a first-of-its-kind phone lens that produces Golden Hour results any time of day, thanks to a Gold Peak Tea-filled lens filter.
Yes, we invented a phone lens for Gold Peak that uses real Gold Peak Tea to act as a Golden Hour filter for your photos and videos. We designed it all from the ground up, a precession crafted clip-on aluminum cast 28mm phone lens to securely hold Gold Peak Tea as a real-life photo filter. The cap of the lens unscrews, letting the user pour in .5 ounces of Gold Peak Tea. Then the user aims their phone and shoots photos and videos through the Gold Peak Tea within the optical glass of the innovative phone lens.
Amplified by influencers across the country
We sent the Golden Hour Phone Lens to influencers on TikTok and Instagram, to share their #ShotWithGoldPeak as well as making a limited edition available to the public. For those not lucky enough to receive the lens, they could create a similar Golden Hour hue by shooting photos through a bottle of Gold Peak Tea.
